The location proved to be a great advantage, with easy access to transportation for traveling to Naples, Pompeii or Herculaneum. Additionally, the breakfast was simply delicious, offering a variety of fresh fruit and homemade jams. Most importantly, the staff, specifically the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly, providing valuable input about the region.

The room was not adequately soundproofed which led to a lot of noise from the outside. the bathroom facilities were outdated and not very clean.

The walls were quite thin which made it easy to hear noise from the street and the neighbouring rooms. It was sometimes difficult to sleep because of the noise.

Residenza Viviani exceeded our expectations with its excellent location, just minutes away from the train station for easy access to nearby attractions. The host, Suzy, provided warm hospitality, delicious homemade jams, and fresh fruit from her garden for breakfast. The spacious rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a complimentary minibar stocked with snacks and drinks. We also appreciated the informative and helpful suggestions from Suzy, making our stay even more enjoyable.
